In the interview he tells us about <strong>his team\u2019s position, what this situation means for them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>We strongly condemn this bloody war of Russia against Ukraine<\/strong>. Meeting room\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lithuanianstories.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Kaunas-Ukrainian-House-Room-for-meetings.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.lithuanianstories.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Kaunas-Ukrainian-House-Room-for-meetings-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lithuanianstories.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Kaunas-Ukrainian-House-Room-for-meetings-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lithuanianstories.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Kaunas-Ukrainian-House-Room-for-meetings-640x426.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the symbol of the modernism in Kaunas, <strong>the Central Post Office, hosts a big space<\/strong> on the third floor of the building, used <strong>to welcome Ukrainians who have fled the war<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In just a few days <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kaunas2022.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Kaunas2022\">Kaunas2022<\/a> team with many volunteers, the support of all Kaunasians<\/strong> and the municipality, have <strong>transformed that place<\/strong> in a comfortable one for refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are <strong>rooms for children and their parents, for ch<\/strong>atting and eating all together, so they can feel safe.
